Our administrative and claims programs are maintained on a virus resistant iSeries computer system from IBM which provides our clients with secure, custom designed, HIPAA compliant solutions. This system allows for secure, real time access for data retrieval and processing.
Our reporting abilities are extensive, so we have the tools to assist the client in their evaluation of their benefit programs. All of our system actvity is backed up nightly to a secure, off-site location.
We recognize the changing demographics of the people we serve and have a bilingual staff (English/Spanish) that can assist the membership both verbally and in written form.
